A retreat shaped by your wishes

Would you like to travel independently of a group, or do our travel dates not fit your calendar? An individual Ayurveda journey to Anaamaya Resort is a lovely way to shape your time in a very personal way. We advise you on your choice of room, dates and organisation.

Small, personal and surrounded by nature

The resort near Kollam offers eight standard rooms and two cottages. The rooms have air conditioning; the cottages also have a lounge area. From the garden and the small pavilions you look out over the backwaters.

Ayurveda with personal care on site

Doctor consultations form the basis of your individual cure plan. Ayurvedic treatments, food, yoga and meditation complete your stay. The type and length of the cure are agreed with the medical team.

What a day of a cure is like, Beate describes in the guide “What really awaits you on an Ayurveda cure”.

An Ayurveda cure does not replace necessary medical care. Please discuss whether the planned treatments are suitable for you with your doctor and the medical team on site.

VOICES OF OUR GUESTS

In their own words.

„Wonderful weeks with bel-Reisen“

In the best of weather, we spent two wonderful weeks in India in August. The care from the team of doctors, the kitchen, the manager and – not least – the great massage team was loving and family-like. I will definitely return next year and am already looking forward to the lovely walks, the food prepared with so much love, the relaxing massages and an atmosphere that is perfect for switching off and gathering new strength.

„The most beautiful place to let go!“

This was my second stay at this resort and once again everything was perfect. I was able to let go much more quickly and had a wonderful rest. The loving care of the team, the wonderful massages and the daily yoga really brought me back to life. I got on wonderfully with the doctor, Dr Manu. Somehow I had the feeling that he could see into my soul. […] I came home in full bloom and am already very much looking forward to next year. This place simply doesn’t let you go!

Gabi from Stuttgart · translated from German

„A hidden gem!“

I was there for 14 days in August and it was beautiful. The whole team was wonderful – incredibly friendly, attentive and competent. My heart still warms when I think back to that time. The treatments and the medical care that came with them could not have been better. I am thinking of coming back!

Questions about this journey.

How long should a cure last?

Many of our guests plan about two weeks, because the first days are for arriving. Which length makes sense for you is best discussed with us and the medical team beforehand.

When is the best time to travel?

For most people, November to February is the most pleasant time. March and April can be very hot. Some guests love the monsoon season from May to July precisely because of the calm and the few tourists.

What does an individual cure cost?

That depends on the dates, room and length of the cure. You receive the total price in your personal, non-binding offer.
