Personal advice. Caring guidance. With heart.
Plan your retreat

Perhaps you have been carrying this thought for a while.

A quiet longing for calm. For a place where you don’t have to do anything and can simply be. Ayurveda is not a miracle cure. But it is a powerful path – if you approach it with curiosity, clarity and realistic expectations.

In this book, Beate Baylie takes you on an Ayurveda cure as it really is: arriving in Kerala, the rhythm of the resort, Ayurvedic cuisine, a Panchakarma cure – and the quiet moments in which something lets go. Honest and personal, from the perspective of a tour guide who has accompanied people on this path for years – many women also through phases of life such as menopause.

For everyone who would like to come to rest, let go and feel closer to themselves again. Even if you travel alone – here you are not alone.

“Just come. The rest will follow.”

About the author.

Beate Baylie accompanies women on Ayurveda journeys to Kerala and Germany. In her books she brings together travel, health and whatever helps us find inner calm – warm-hearted, personal and without a raised finger. Alongside her work as a tour guide, she writes books for learners of English, with the same approach: learning should be a joy, not a pressure.
