Your enquiry is non-binding. Before booking, you receive a personal offer with all services and the conditions that apply to your journey.
This English translation is provided for your convenience. Only the German version (Reisebedingungen) is legally binding. The statutory references relate to German law (BGB – German Civil Code).
Information and enquiry
This website provides information about travel offers. You cannot book a journey or make a payment online here. Getting in touch or preparing an email does not conclude a travel contract.
Our role: we act as intermediary
bel-Reisen is a travel intermediary. We advise you, put together your offer and arrange the services of our partners, such as Anaamaya Resort in Kerala or the Kurhaus Bad Bocklet. You conclude the contract for the travel services with the respective provider named in your offer. The provider is responsible for delivering these services; we are responsible for careful advice and arrangement.
Your personal offer
Before a contract is concluded, you receive the specific description of services, the total price, payment information as well as the applicable contract conditions and legally required information. It states explicitly who your contractual partner is and which services are part of the contract.
Payment and protection
When and to whom you pay is set out in your personal offer. If an arranged service is a package holiday of a tour operator, the statutory rules on insolvency protection apply, in particular sections 651r and 651t BGB; you then receive any required security certificate (Sicherungsschein) from the tour operator.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, rebooking and cancellation fees are governed by the conditions of the respective provider; you receive them before booking. For package holidays, the statutory rules apply to cancellation before the start of the journey, in particular section 651h BGB. This information page does not set its own cancellation fees.
Statutory rights
The statutory rights of travellers, in particular under sections 651a et seq. BGB for package holidays, remain unaffected. The type of contract and conditions applying to a specific offer are set out in the documents provided before the contract is concluded.
